Hi

I completely understand your concern and I hope I am able to help you for the same.

Your child seem to have developed skin rash due to a drug allergy.
She is on multiple drugs.
An immediate recognition of the offending agent and treatment is required in such cases.
See a nearby dermatologist for recognition of the type of skin rash and further advise.
You can give her something like benadryl for the moment.

Hope it helps
Best wishes for a speedy recovery
