Had Surgery To Correct Dog Ears. Took Paracetamol. Why Palpitations?

I had surgery at 2.30pm today to correct dog ears. I was discharged at 9.30pm. I had the usual symptoms of feeling sick etc. I have just woke up and have a very slight temperature and i feel quite anxious as i am getting palpitations every now and then. I taken paracetamol for the temperature. Are these symptoms normal?

CHANGE THE SALTS WWITH DOCTORS CONSULTATION
