Had Surgery For Rathke Cleft Cyst Causing Panhypopituitarism. MRI Shows Probable Tiny Thornwaldt Cysts. Is Surgery Required ?

I had a surgery for a rathke cleft cyst which caused panhypopituitarism. A recent MRI showed I have probable tiny Thornwaldt cysts . I ve gone to 2 ENT specialist ,one recommended surgery the other did not. This past year I ve been on antibiotics for sinus and throat infection. Could these cyst be the cause of all my infections?

hello. it is probable that the cyst may be causing your infection and it is advisable that you get it removed. can i ask whats the size of the cyst? thanks
