Had sharp migraines. Bad cramps after sex. Feeling exhausted. How to improve health?

5 days back i started getting sharp migrane like head aches where i could not look at light, the next day i came down with the cold . and then i started getting seriously bad cramps , and relised i hadnt been to the toilet for a number 2 ive took a lot of foods to try help i went to the toilet and done what look like rabbit droppings not much.. then i took a laxitive and still nothing. i also notice after sex im suffering from really bad cramps. im feeling exhasted and just want to cry all the time.. help!!!!

I went through your problem descrption. There is nothing you should worry of as there is good treatment available for almost every problem and of course god is with you, blessing you.

From the description you gave, it is very clear that you are strressed too much. The first headaches were due to the incoming flu. Flu do create cramps and body pain and tiredness. You should take proper rest for three days.

Sex during flu and tiredness is always not good at all. Avoid it. Take rest and you will feel better.
