Psychiatrist 's  Response
Hi there ~

I understand your concerns. Anxiety is the most common psychiatric condition and you might need to get yourself treated for the same by consulting a qualified psychiatrist. You will also do well with taking medications for the symptoms of elevated BP or hypertension and gastritis which can be done when you consult your psychiatrist or a local doctor. I hope you consult these specialists as soon as possible.

I hope this helps. Take care and have a lovely day!
