Had Segrian Operations And Family Planning Operation. Had Continuous Bleeding And Could Not Survive. How This Happened?
See doctor I had a sister. Who had already two segrian operations. It was a third attempt n it was nearly a successful one. after this operation she went under family planning's operation. Which resulted in her to get into the trouble. Unfortuantly she was suffering from a continuous bleeding. Because of this she cannot survive. So doctor can you please help us in getting exact reason for this. Why n how this happened?
Hello Thanks for your query. There could be a lot of possibilities. There are various blood vessels which are involved in a Caesarean section. Plenty of them have a chance to get injured, the main one is the uterine artery. Also, in a third C section, there is high chance of uterine rupture, and haemorrhage from that. If the uterine muscle layer is not tightly stitched across, blood and serous discharge might continuously ooze from that area, leading to collection of blood in the abdominal cavity. Loosening of any stitch after surgery might have the same results. There are hundreds of possibilities and only the operating doctor can tell you the exact reason why she did not survive. The rest can only guess. Take care
