Had Rotator Cuff Repair, Bone Spur Surgery, Pus, Small Dot Of Blood. Worried?

Hello, I had rotator cuff repair and bone spur surgery three weeks ago and I notice one of my surture sites has a little pus and a small dot of blood. However, when I wiped it with the alcohol pad, there was only a small amount. It isn t inflamed, has no swelling or hot, nor have I ve had any fever? Should I be worried? My next follow up is next week.

Hi, it appears that you have some infection, in that area, if you are under the antibiotic treatment, it would have subsided. if not, it may be a temporary hybernation, and may flare after some time.
I advise you to consult a operated surgeon for diagnosis. still they may not find any thing, an use of a course of antibiotic may be necesory.
Thank you.
