Had protected sex, missed periods, UPT negative. History of chocolate cyst in left ovary. Possibilities of pregnancy?

i had chocolate cyst inside on left ovary size 2cm! I had sex with bf with condom. i m wodderring because I didn t get period yet and also checked with pragnancy test 2 times it was negative. So i m worry about it because I don t want to get pregnant. Why I didn t get period yet? Is possible I will get pregnant? Thanks you

The 'chocolate cyst' is related to a problem called endometriosis. This disease is associated with problems related to infertility in some cases. The problem with your abnormal cycling is likely unrelated, and it is probably related to irregular or absent ovulation. Given the combination of these two things, the chances of pregnancy are decreased. A common treatment for BOTH of these problems is placing you on birth control pills. You should talk with your OB/GYN about this option. If your pregnancy test is negative at least two weeks after unprotected intercourse, then you are not pregnant.
