Had protected sex after shaving...Woke up with rash at the base of my penis right above my scrotum where I shaved...Put hydrocortisone on it and it went away...Three days later developed severe headache...Took HIV test a week later which came back negative...Was severely worried and stressed the whole time waiting on results...Then my whole body started itching but never developed a rash...Then developed knee and hip pain...I plan on getting another test just to make sure, but can you tell me is it due to the stress or does it sound serious...
