Had Partial Hysterectomy, Taking Prenatal Vitamin, Experiencing Hair Fall, Headache. Reason?

I am 38 years old and have had a partial hysterectomy . My doctor originally told me to keep taking prenatal vitamins as my multivitamin but in the last 3 months my hair has started falling out at an alarming rate and I have had headaches, very little energy and been unable to really concentrate. I started looking for reasons for this and I was alarmed to find that iron toxicity can do all of those things and my prenatal vitamins contain 156% of DV of Iron. Is there a way to stop this, if that is indeed what it is?

Hello,
I have gone though your query and understood your concerns. If you really think that the cuuse is iron then the only way you need to check is to stop the drug you are using after consulting your doctor and see the change if have and if there is any change then your doubt is correct and you can ask your doctor to change it. If not that might be due to harmonal imbalance in my opinion. Thank you.
