Had Partial Hysterectomy, Have Gastroparesis, GERD, Barrett's Esophagus. Had Botox Injected. Why Do I Have Muscle Soreness?

Hi, I am a 45 year old female that had a partial Hysterectomy in 1994. I have Gastro paresis, Gerd, Barretts Esophagus and on Friday had Botox injected inside my stomach for the second time. My problem is that I have stomach muscle soreness and my stomach feels bloated and hard around my belly button and a little above. I I also get pain and burning sensations in the upper part of my stomach that sometimes extends across my whole upper stomach. My GI doctor says he does not think it has anything to do with my GI issues. I have seen my regular PCP and she felt it was hard and bloated and saw how sore my ribs and stomach was to touch so sent me for x-rays and ultrasound but said they didn't see anything. My GI doctor hasn't noticed anything as far as I have been told when doing a upper scoping so my question is.... Could they be missing a mass or hernia or something. I have the soreness, discomfort, bloating and stomach hardness again today. I haven't used my stomach muscles at all but feels like I have done many, many sit ups. I feel like something is wrong and they just keep missing it. To be honest I don't have much faith in them lately due to medical issues they can't seem to control or get any answers for. For example I went in for a regular PCP appointment for a physical and they gave me two shots. One for pneumonia and on for tetanus and I ended up with cellulitis and an infection in my blood stream. Even though I called them twice to say I felt awful and give my symptoms I was told it was normal but on my last call to the doctor on call I was told to go to the ER to be checked out. The ER sent me home with the wrong diagnosis on a Friday night but called me on Saturday to tell me I needed to return due to blood work that showed an infection in my blood stream. When I returned they also noticed the cellulitis on my arm just below the spot where the shots where given. Needless to say I'm worried, uncomfortable and frustrated. Please Help. Thanks Tricia68

HI
Thank for choosing HCM
I t seems that you may be having Acid peptic disease along with the little anxiety and depression, you will surely come out of this with Omeprazole 40 mg once a day for six week, another thing you said it is cellulitis but this may not be celllitis but it could be a local induration, swelling, due to penetration needle ( Prick) just keep an eye on it, if it increases then see the doc, just keep your depression level low have nice day.
