Had Ovaries, Cyst With Mass Removed. Cervix, Uterus Removed Vaginally. Having Soreness, Puffiness Below The Incision. Reason?

I am having pain (like pins sticking), soreness, and puffyness below where my incision was. In Sept. 2012, I had my ovaries, a cyst(the size of an orange) w/ a mass attached removed. Also pain during sex. Had my cervix and uterus removed vaginally 9 yrs ago, so this is my first real surgery. Dont really know what is normal .

Greetings of the day

Soreness at site of inscision could be due to hypertrophic scar. Diagnosis is by good clinical examination by an experienced Surgeon. Clinical photograph will help in diagnosis
