hi madam.
the history of ur symptoms is not sufficient to arrive at a conclusion. a doctor has to examin u completely before starting treatment. i would like to know the exact site of pain at the time of intercourse and when exactly it occurs i.e. at the deep penetration or when u feel pressure on lower body.
it may not be related to ovarian cyst, it may be related to spine or nerves, but difficult to say at this point. u should consult a physician who has a good knowledge of pelvic diseases and nervous system.
an MRI may be helpful.
