Had Oral Sex. Burning Sensation, Irritation And Small Red Spots On Foreskin. Is Belatitis Or Herpes?

Dear Doctor,

i have a burning sensation/irritation and small read spots under my foreskin and the head of my penis. and a slight burning sensation in my urethra. this feeling has been present for less than a week and its irritation level changes day to day. is it Balatitis or herpes? note: i have received oral sex about 5 days prior to this reaction... could my skin just have some irritation?

Herpes usually presented as small vesicular lesion with severe pain complaint. Your problem appear less likely due to herpes.

It is more appear due to balanitis, which can occur due to several causes. You may need to get evaluated and investigated by general physician or dermatologist to confirm diagnosis and treatment.
