is dependant on the location more than the size. If its subserosal , its nothing to be worried about. If its intramural but without jutting into the uterine cavity
, it should not cause any problems. If its a fibroid protruding into the cavity ( intramural or submucosal) it can have a negative impact on the pregnancy. So it can be removed before trying for a pregnancy. But it may not be responsible for the miscarrige you have had. In either case, its best to give your self time to recover physically and emotionally before the next pregnancy.
