Had motion sickness, no appetite. What is wrong?

Last week my 18 yr old son went to an amusement park and suffered a bit of motion sickness . He says ever since that day, he has had no appetite , and gets nauseous sometimes at mealtimes, but not always. He never feels hungry at dinner and is a bit tired. He has no other symptoms and has not lost any weight. Any thoughts? Is the amusement park just a coincidence?
