Had Miscarriage, Infected With Chickenpox. Diet?

I am shalline from kuwait (26 years old).i was pregnant (12 weeks). last week i had a miscarriage . 23 rd November of 2011 i had my last periods and that day itself i was infected with chicken pox . after 12 weeks of my pregnancy (9th march 2012) i had a miscarriage . I consulted the doctors and asked the reason for the miscarriage . but they couldn’t even predict the reason . Had the chicken pox viruses affected the baby ? What will be the reason for the miscarriage ? Hereafter if i get pregnant will the viruses affect the baby .. Is it necessary for any vaccination ? What kind of diet should i follow ? I need your help
