Had Miscarriage. Missing Periods. Having Pain In Ovaries. Is It Normal?

I had a miscarriage 4 weeks ago . It is almost 5 weeks now that I am not having my periods. I keep a slight pain around on both sides of my ovaries. Is this normal? I am quite tensed about it. My periods were always regular before I had conceived. This was my first pregnancy .

Hello
Thanks for posting your query.
It is quite normal for periods to be delayed after a miscarriage. It can take 2-3 months for your cycles to get regular again. Also, slight discomfort in the abdomen is usual.
Do not worry. I am sure your symptoms should settle down soon.
Take care.
