Had Lumpectomy, Chemo, Radiation. Taking Letrozole. Leg Hurts During Night. High LDH Level

It has been a little over a year from having a lumpectomy, chemo and radiation. I am taking letrozole and have a terrible time at night, in bed, with my legs hurting. It is the only time my legs hurt and it helps to sleep on a body pillow. My LDH level has been over 300 each time I have blood work done. Could both of these be from the letrozole?

Hi and thanks for the query,
It is difficult to attribute all of these symptoms to letrozole. A proper assessment of these symptoms i required. I belief other blood tests need to be made to exclude the spread or possibility of any cancer spread. Serum Alkaline phosphatase and serum Calcium could useful to be sure the bone has not been touched. Chest X rays and abdominal ultrasound could be useful in checking integrity of the lungs and the liver. Kind regards
