Had Lap Nissen Surgery, Having Throat Tightness. What Could Be Causing This Sensation?

I had the lap nissen surgery 2 weeks ago. Since then I have been having a tightness in my throat and a lump in my throat sensation when I swallow my own saliva . I dont have this sensation while I m eating or drinking, I actually get relief when I eat or drink. But the sensation comes back when I m done eating and swallow my saliva again. I have no acid reflux anymore. What could be causing this sensation?

It could be due to residual oesophagitis , warm saline gargling will give much relief.
