Had Intercourse During Ovulation. Started Cramping, Nausea, Yellow Crust On Nipples. Had Tubal Ligation. Pregnant?

Hi I am wondering as I had intercourse during ovulation 10 days ago and have had cramping lower down every day since then. I also have had nausea and fatigue plus yellow crustiness on my nipples. It is too early to test for pregnancy as an a 35 day cylce plus had a tubal ligation 5 years ago. Feel pregnant though? Please help.. Thanks Pia

In my opinion get a pelvic ultrasonography and b HCG testing because it can be an early pregnancy or worse ectopic tubal pregnancy and then visit a gynecologist with reports
