Had Hysterectomy. Used Estrogen And Testosterone Cream. Have No Power

Hi I am french canadian women I had an hysterectomy and don't have my ovary anymore since that I am not me anymore. I used patch oestrogen and for a while testosterone cream then I stopped because the level was okay. I don't feel anymore hard time to sleep etc. I can't live like that I am 56 years old. Before this operation I was active with many projects now I have no power anymore. Do you know a me threatment? I had a fibrome it is the operation reason. Sorry for my poor english. Carole
