Hi,
A wisdom tooth which has been surgical removed heals in 4-5 weeks time. If you are still experiencing pain consult your dentist to determine the cause of the same. Any other infected tooth or the presence of remnants of the removed tooth can result in pain.

you must consult the dentist who removed your teeth. the pain does not lasts so long. and the wounds heal up in 2-3 weeks if the general health of the patient is good.
pain after 3 weeks can be a cause of concern so you mus not delay further and visit your local dentist to rule out the cause of this pain. I hope that the teeth were removed in toto (complete).
If you extractions were traumatic you may still have some pain.
GOOD LUCK

Dentist, Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Dr. Adarsh K. Desai's  Response
welcome to health magic,
wisdom tooth which is surgically extracted normally does give a swelling and pain which may improve in 3-5 days...but 3 weeks is something which need to be examined and pain in relation to eye is not normally seen after wisdom tooth removal..and sockets of the tooth closes in 2-4 weeks again depends whether primary closure was achieved, any infection, was tooth erupted into the oral cavity...u need to visit a oral maxillofacial surgeon who specializes in removal of wisdom teeth...and after examination a final verdict can be given to your case , u can email me your opg before removal and after removal..and your pics...then i can help and how much mouth opening do you have...is it restricted ?
