Had Extreme Pain While Colonoscopy, Endoscopy,.

I just had an endoscopy and colonoscopy on Monday, with the endoscopy being first. I woke up during the colonoscopy with extreme pain. I remember the doctor telling me to breathe in and hold my breath for three counts. I was wide awake for the remainder of my procedure. I do not know for how long, but I do remember that she told me three times to hold my breath. What happened? Is that normal? Was it the fault of the anesthesiologist? Are there doctors that do not put patients fully under the anesthesia for a faster recovery time? I am not sure what happened or why it did. Thank you for your time.

Dear sir

It might not be mistake of anybody. But if the dosage ne anesthesia is less when compared to your body weight then you might be experience pain

Dont worry it will subside unless you sustained any trauma

Thanks
