Had External Hemorrhoid, High BP, Cholesterol, High Platelets Count, Painful Bowel Movement. Using Preparation H. Why Is There Bleeding?

last month I had a heart procedure,but no stints were introduced as I have a1/6 permanent damage,and At the same time I was diagnosed with a high platelets count,which is now controlled by medication,besides taking high pressure and cholesterol medications to stabilize the heart.I suffer from external hemorrhoid and instead of stooling easily 2/3 times a day as before,I go now once evert 2/3 days,staring with a painful push as I feel the pain as light pain in the heart area ( is this dangerous in my case?) and as it emerges,it runs out smoothly then,but I notice a small spot of blood( no bleeding) during wiping only.Is there a way to overcome the painful bowel movement?( I am using preparation H and even Proctozone-HC 2.5%asdescribed by bu PCP.Please advise.

Hi, heart wise you are comfertable, now the problem is of thestools, the condition is the fissure in ano, due to hard stools.
I advise you to consult a surgeon for diagnosis and treatment. I to my patient with such symptoms prescribe ofloxacin, ornidazole, and bisacodyl. Thank you.
