Had Ear Infection. Have Stiff Neck, Pain In Ear, Nausea, Vertigo And Fever. What Could Be The Cause?

What can cause a stiff neck , with terrible pain, pain behind the ear, nausea , vertigo and fever all on the left side of my head. I had an inner ear infection 2 weeks ago. But, the pain in my neck and behind my ear will not go away. I have an immune difenciency and have had a viral infection going on 6 weeks. I have had c-diff 6 times, so a rochephren shot is all they can give me.

Hi.
Thanks for an elucidate history.
It says you are suffering from ear infection since 2 weeks.
By this time it has increased in severity to such an extent that the mastoid bone and the structures within it and around it have gone into complications like vertigo, Stiff neck, fever ans all other symptoms.
This is a serious condition due to proximity of the brain.
You need to have a CT scan of the mastoid and brain to see the extent of the complication and further management.
Because of your pre-existing medical condition you may need multi-specialty approach .
