Had Dog Bite. Took TT Injection, 2 Doses Of ARV, Cifran, Diclo. Any Diet To Be Followed?

Two days back dog had bite me in da right leg ..immediatly i went 2 govt hospatal..dey gave oneTT injection nd Two doses of ARV nd dey gave me 2 types of tablets Cifran,Diclo..nd dey told come after 3 days ..for remaing doses..so is der any diet 2 follow..nd my mom telling..dont eat chkn nd etc...for 2 to 3 months..nd forgot 2 tell u its my own pet..who bite me..so please advice me is der any diet 2 follow..
