Had Difficulty In Raising Arm Above Shoulder. Cause And Treatment?
Hi, not sure how I did this, I do not recall when I may have done this, but about a month ago I realized I had difficulty raising my left arm above my shoulder when lifting it to the side (i.e. lifting it above shoulder when indicating a left turn when riding a bicycle) I thougtht maybe I had just pulle a muscle or something and didn t think too much about it. But it has been a month now and no change. Any ideas?

If there is no definite injury, the you are having inflammation at the insertion of the Rotator Cuff.It is called Rotator Cuff Tendinitis. You would require Analgesics to relieve your pain along with Physiotherapy(SWD and Shoulder exercises)
