I have had cycle related migraine headaches since I was 13. I am 43 now and tired of the violent vomitting associated with the severe pain i get every time I get a headache(twice a month- ovulation and menstruation ). I use phenergan suppositories and even though its the only thing that I have found to control the vomitting-it does make me very tired. Are there any solutions other than the obvious ginger ?
