With the available described symptoms, it can be concluded that you are suffering from dyspepsia
When we eat food or drink water , a small amount of wind also enters in the upper gastrointestinal tract and major wind gets relieved by eructation while small amount goes ahead in the lower gastrointestinal tract. Here normal commensal microflora by digestion of food also helps in formation of gas.
If you are getting more than 20 times wind pass then it should be labelled as pathological and cause should be evaluated.
You should take food properly with better chewing.
could be due to spoiling of food in stomach and enhances after decreased gastrointestinal motility.
You should also follow few dietary restrictions such as avoid legumes, tomatoes, onion, garlic and citrus fruits.
Take 200 ml of milk only in morning hours.
Avoid putting dough and boiled potatoes in refrigerator.
