Had Cardio Catherterization. Failed Tilt Table Test, Stress Test Result Mixed . Feeling Have Flue, Neck, Shoulder Ache
I passed out on an airplane a few weeks ago. Since then I have had a stress test and the results were mixed . I failed a tilt table test. Last week had a cardio catherterization. No stints put in... to be treated with drugs. Also having some issues with my eyes (one is worse than the other) so going to the eye doctor tomorrow. Now (as of last night) feeling like I have the flue, with neck and shoulder aches. The next cardio Dr appointment is the 25th. My plan is to see the eye dr. tomorrow and then call my family Dr. to review my new symptoms. What do you thin?
Dear Sir/madam Thanks for writing to HCM. 1. It is not clear that what do you mean by mixed results and failed. A syncope or loss of consciousness in tilt table means you have provocable syncope. If you failed means it was positive? Need to see a cardiologist and neurologist both. 2. New symptoms seem to be related to new viral illness. You should consult your GP and proceed. Please do write to us with full details of cardiac investigation results. Sincerely Sukhvinder
