Had Burst Ovarian Cysts. Vaginal And Rectal Burning. PAP Smear Negative. Triamcinolone Ineffective

I had a ovarian cytes about 2 months ago that burst. During that time I began to have viginal and rectal burning and pain and it hasn't gone away. I saw my doctor and she gave me yeast infection meds sent off a pap smear thst came back negative. I was also given triamcinolone ointment to put down there but still have pain pressure and burning in both areas?

Good evening dear
Please go back to doctor and have urine analysis done, vaginal swab for culture and sensitivity taken.
Abdominal pelvic scan done.
If the results are negative then problem might be psychological
