Had Brain Hemorrhage Previously. Having Headaches Since Then. No Help With Medicines. Solution?

hi how are you today i had a brain hemorage last tear in june i started getting headaches in januray of this year and tylenol 3 doesnt work if even 3-4 pills are taken at once i have taken everythign and nothing works gabapentin , amytrypoline, anthrotec, ibroprofen also yoga and changed my diet nothing helps what could be done?
