Had Blood Test Due To Joint Pain, Chest Pain And Rash On Arms. Negative RPR And Positive DSDNA. Meaning?

I have just recently, this week, had some blood test because of Joint pain, chest pain, and rash on my arms. My ANA was positive with a positive DSDNA and positive cardiolipin. Negative RPR. My healthcare provider gave little answers except that he would send me to a specialist. Not sure what is going on....any answers would be greatly appreciated.

The reports are indicative of positive connective tissue disorders,a consultation with a Rheumatologist and further investigations would help specify the exact disease. The possibility of SLE/Systemic Sclerosis and Behcet's Syndrome wold be there.
