I am so sorry to hear about these multiple back surgeries and the pains you are experiencing right now.
From the information you have provided, i am afraid there is very little in terms of surgery we can do at this time to control and relief you of your pains. The good news is that we have powerful pain medications out there that can enable you lead a pain free life and permit you to greatly improve on the quality of your daily live. Talk to your doctor and ask him/her to provide good enough medications that can control your pains. These are prescription medications with high controls so you must be honest with your doctor to accept giving you. But no doctor in his right senses would doubt your genuine need for these drugs.
Also, when your pain is controlled consider visiting a physiotherapist to see what options they may have to assist you.
I wish you well. I hope you get to receive the drugs that would keep this pain out of the way. Thank you for using our services and feel free to request for more information if need be. Dr. Ditah, MD
