Had Angiography For Artery Blockage. Not On Medication. Any Advice?

my mother has undergone angiography in 07/2005 she was having a blockage of 70% in one artry rest two were normal,

now she was undergone for the same angiography in 03/2013 the artriey having 70% blockage is normal and rest 1 artry is normal another one artries is having 20% blockage

is it feasiable ?
she has not taken any medicine for the same nor gone through angioplasty

angio test were ferfomed in escort hospital delhi both times

is the test are o.k

some degree of regression of atherosclerosis of the coronary arteries can occur.
according to literature and scientific studies , it is not possible that 70 % blockage has regressed to normal without medicine or angioplasty.
