Had An Open Heart Surgery. How To Get The Scar Removed? Recovery Period?
I had open heart surgery I'm February. It was my third surgery and I had the Dr remove the old scar tissue so I could possibly have a smaller lighter scar. How do I keep it from staying pink? I have been converting it up. I try to wear shirts that completely cover the scar. I was also wondering how long does it take a normal persons scar to heal and turn white ?

Scars can be removed medically as well as surgically.
Silicon gel is available, It has to be used for at least 6 months.
Intalesional steroid injections are also helpful.

Don't worry it take at least 4 to 6 wk. in the meantime u apply contractubex cream two time daily along the scar line. also apply coconut oil daily .do not scratch the scar .take healthy balanced diet.
