Had An Encounter With Bats. Why Are Ears Whistling?

Hi I m 12. Today i went to the park with my friends and as I was coming home (it was dark) 3 wild bats came out of this field and one of them attacked my mobile my hand and came up to my face. I didn t feel him bite me or anything. I came home I took a shower with antibacterial soap and i also wahsed my hair with it. Now after about an hour and a half im feeling really thirsty(I drank a litre of water i m still thirsty but I feel like I m going to explode), im feeling nauseous, i have an unbearable headache , my ear is itching (it has like a small scratch on it but its not bleeding so i dont think it was the bat), my ear is wisthling and i feel like i just a giant meal (I havent ate anything since 5hrs ago)... What could this be? Am I dying? : ( I haven t told anyone yet as only my younger sister is at home.
