I had an ACL surgery last week. The My right leg ( calf region) is swollen and extremely sore. Whenever I stand there this great amount of pressure that builds up in the area. I did an ultra sound to see if there was any blood clots there, it showed negative. My doctor hasn t recommended anything for me, what should I do and should I go to the hospital.

hello mattbratt81
i think you should wait for more days because after surgery these swellings came but you should take proper rest do not apply excess pressure on knee , if this swelling does not subside in next 10-15 days then you should take advice from your surgeon.
