Acne occurs due to seborrhoea( excess oil production), sebum retention due to blockade of oil gland duct( which is due to hyper keratinisation or increased cell production in wall of oil gland duct), growth of a bacteria P acnes and finally due to the inflammation that sets in.
Aclind gel is clindamycin gel while nadoxin is nadifloxacin. Both of these have antibacterial action and are used in acne therapy. Instead of using nadoxin, I would suggest that you use adapalene. The reason is that while aclindgel and nadoxin acts against P acnes only adapalene gel acts against all the causative factors for acne. Personally, I would advise that
You use a mild salicylic acid based face wash( neutrogena or saslic)
Use water based moisturiser like acne moist or Clinique
Apply clindamycin gel in morning and adapalene gel in night
If still lesions persist , get a prescription of oral anti acne medicines from a dermatologist nearby.
