Had A Polyp Removal Surgery. Have Recurrent Sinus Infections, Vertigo And Double Vision. Any Recommendations?

Hi. I had polyp removal surgery 20 years ago. I have had recurrent sinus infections since, about 2-4 per year. For the past 8 weeks I have had a little discharge form my sinuses, but now I am suffering from extreme vertigo and double vision and popping in my nose at night. Any recommendations? I can barely walk due to dizziness and imbalance.
Thanks,
David

ENT Specialist 's  Response
Hello David,
Have sinus problems with double vision with vertigo.
You must consult an ENT specialist and get done a CT scan of nose and paranasal sinuses.---to rule out complications of sinus disease presenting as double vision
Get your ears checked and get done Impedance audiometry-- to rule out fluid behind your ears--as it could be one of the reason of vertigo.

If you have diabetes then you need to be more careful.

If have any doubt do reply.
