Had A Cardiac Stent Applied. On Aspirin, Antacid, Atenolol. Feel Tired. Side Effect From The Zyrtec?

Yes...I am a 51 year old female, and had a cardiac stent applied in 2005 at 43. I am 5feet 5inches and 143. Just went to my PCP last week for check up and chol. at 150. Just went on a walk for 50 minutes and as I was almost home my heart skipped and wouldn't start back into motion. Almost like stuck as a record stuck, and I felt myself almost have a faint feeling but it regained and am home. I just took a full aspirin and also a squirt of nitro (that I havent' used since 2009 and is expired but I scared myself1) also took an antacid. I am on Atenolol 150mg daily and just started taking 2 generic Zyrtec for allergies per my dr. I have been tired lately, however figured it was just allergies and sinus issues. Could I be having a side effect from the Zyrtec? I do have pressure in my heart at this point. I just ate graham crackers before i went as well, that tend to give me heartburn.

Cardiologist 's  Response
Respected Ma'm
Thanks for writing to HCM.
It can be related to heartburn, a cardiac rhythm disorder or an anginal episode. Likelihood of anginal episode is low as you had a good walk for 50 minutes. A skipped beat or a rhythm disorder is more likely with given profile.
You should see your cardiologist. He may like to get a cardiac ultrasound to look for heart functions which are important in rhythm disorders.
Hope this helps
Sincerely
Sukhvinder
