Had MRI, Parietal White Matter, Old Ischemic Foci. Treatment?

Hi Doctor,

My mother had a MRI. She is 58 years old. Below are the findings:

Old ischemic old foci in bilateral-parietal white matter region as described.

Findings:

Small T2/FLAIR hyperintense foci are seen in bilateral fronto-parietal whte mtter, likely represents old ischemi foci.

Could you please advice if all looks Ok? Doctor said it's fine and nothing to worry as these things happen as age increases.

Thanks in advance..

Hello,
I have gone through your query and understood your concerns. I agree with your doctor as age increases we will see some of the changes which you have mentioned in MRI. As there is old lesion mostly it wont go from MRI and after cure also you will see that in MRI. Dont worry much about this and take care of her. Thank you.
