hi Im dr satya and welcome to health care magic.
Atopic eczema starts from childhood, remains, waxes and wanes depending on season. lack of moisture makes your legs rough and crusty. use a soft soap apply moisterizer soon after bath or shower,. dark spots will slowly subside and if very uncomfortable please use a mild steroid.
thank you.
have a good day
