Hi,Welcome to Health care magic forum.
The absence of period, in spite if negative pregnancy test, and prolonged preriod after wards may be anemia, infection, or harmone imbalance.
I advise you to consult a gynecologist for diagnosisand treatment. You may need to have ultrasound and other tests for confirmation.
Take more of green leafy vegetables, pulses, sprouts, and protein rich foods to improve anemia, and general health.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery.
