hi my name is shivam and I am 25 year old. I do dail 2 or 3 time masterbasin so i want to know it s effect on my sexual life and my body. & i also know sexual power increase or decrease.

Masterbation is harmless and has no bad effect on your sex life.

It does not decrease or increase your sexual power.

Remember one thing that every thing in excess ia always to be avoided.

Concentrate your mind on your job or profession.

Read good books and pass some time with your friends.

Do regular exercise.
