Habit of masturbation. Having premature, nighttime ejaculation, small penis, diluted sperm. Treatment?

hi sir... im 23yrs male... i do masturbation for the last 6-7 years. nowadays my penis shaft and ball looks very small (4-6cm) even at normal state(without erection ) (at erection 11-12cm)i have premature and nighttime ejaculation problems and pain in my penis though i stopped masturbation since last 1 year... my ball size s very small and they are hanging, my sperms looks diluted.... i verymuch worry about my future sir... will this problems r cured? what type of treatment i can goahead to increase my penis and ball size and overcome this problem? at this age i looks old and feel depressive and weighless (56 kg only)... Please suggest me good treatment for this problems? thank you..

Hello dear..
First of all remove all myths & misconceptions from your mind about masturbation.
In fact, Masturbation is completely normal & doesn't have any bad effect to the body and mind.
Regarding the problem of Erectile dysfunction, it is due to decreased blood supply to the penis.
And the size of penis is genetically determined...it doesn't increase after certain limit.
However medications like Sildenafil citrate (Viagra) increase blood flow to penis & maintains erection.
It can also be improved by having a diet rich in fruits, vegetables, fish, nuts & honey.
Regarding the problem of premature ejaculation, it's mostly related to anxiety.
So...don't worry about all this & stay relaxed
Avoid stress...practice meditation..this helps in improving concentration & builds up the confidence level.
Avoid smoking & alcohol.
You can also do oil massage of the penis...it increases blood flow & maintains the erection.
One more thing...avoid consuming any over the counter medication which claim to increase the size of penis or improve performance...it may be harmful.
