HPT Negative, Missed Period, Planning To Conceive. What Could Be Done To Be Normal?

Hi, I am 25 years old ,negitive pregnency test and missed my periods for more than 3 months ie; my last period was on dec 17 ,i even missed 1 in july of 2012.We are planning to have a baby now and im really worried about my periods being irregular.I would like you to give me some suggestion regarding this problem and what can i do for getting my periods back so that i can conceive.Thank you in advance

You need a whole battery of tests done to detect the problem as to why you arent menstruating. You and your partner both need to be evaluated. Several blood tests,ultrasound, HSG xrays, semen analysis etc need to be done to find the cause of the infertility.
