Can hifenAC be USED FOR FEVER? high fever (103 degrees) - on n off? Tried dolo 650. it wAS OF NO USE

Both Dolo-650 and Hifenac are used in fever to bring down the temperature.
both are equally effective.
But important is to get sweating which helps to bring down the temperature.
So give plenty of water so that proper sweating is there and give result.
