HBP With Trigeminal Neuralgia

Hi, need a piece of advice...My husband is 45yrs of age and has been diagnosed HBP patient. He had a history of fall 10yrs back and it seems that he is suffering from trigeminal neuralgia nowadays. The pain was in the face and the jaw and he had severe migraines...He had an MRI done which showed that he had a slight narrowing of cervical canal. I thought that it was the cervical problem that resulted in the pain in the face... Nowadays he is suffering from heaviness in the chest with occasional numbness in the left arm and 10 days back he had several episodes of vertigo like Meniere's disease... Im feeling lost and don't know where to go. so all these symptoms started 2 to 3 years back and the pain just goes on and off every 3 to 4 months...can it be a cardiac problem? He had an ECG done which showed nothing, he is on enalapril 10mg daily for the HBP and when he visited the GP at the public hospital he was given stemetil. Though pain and vertigo have subsided a bit he is not feeling well and I don't know how to help him... Thanks for helping us

sorry  about your husband.I dont know about HBP but I suffer from Menieres & get extreme incapacitating vertigo. The only thing that helps me with spells is taking Dimenhydranate ( motion sickness pill thats over the counter) I need to take it daily. wish I had more advice to give. no matter what happens dont give up. I realize your frustrating pain & just remember you are not alone. keep researching & hoping and maybe you will eventually find an answer.Good Luck!
